G.I. Joe : Rise of Cobra Movie Review

Childhood memories all washed down the drain.  From their comics, to their animated movies and of course their actions figures. I had them all, and loved them all. So about 18 years later when i found out there is a movie about them, i did get excited. And so quickly did that excitement turn into disappointment.

I didnt have high hopes for this movie, just like i didnt have any for Transformers 2, but i did end up finishing that one, on the plane. With a run time of 118 minutes, its sad to say i couldnt finish more than about 80 of those. But from what i saw it was all cheap action scenes with bad special effects and terrible acting. I dont know what happens at the end and i dont care to know to tell you the truth. They had a chance to recreate a childhood mammoth of an action figure, and messed up incredibly. IMDB gave it a 6/10. i dont think i could be that generous. Watch at your own risk.
