Google Chrome v6

4 Sep 2010  5 Comments

I’ve been using Google Chrome ever since it got released 2 years ago. And to mark the 2 year celebration, Google released version 6 with some really cool features such as bookmark syncing (very nice) and extension syncing (super nice). Now I have all my Chrome browsers look and feel the same with the same extensions too.
I really recommend google chrome as its one of the fastest browsers out there.

I love chrome… truly the best!

I don’t use chrome but maybe as a second browser if things go wrong, but to me there is no replacement to Firefox as it remains in the lead when it comes to extensions. They even have this for your beloved android

mariam: I have to agree with you there :)

DVLz: Firefox will remain the leader because it had a head start, I think Chrome will catchup and pass Firefox in that area. As for the plugin, this is one of the reasons I loved the Google combo when they first announced android 2.2 and its available on chrome.

N: I know the chrometophone feature was on chrome but the good thing that they made one for Firefox so you don’t need to switch to another browser to use this feature. What I like about Firefox is that the company is only focused on browsing unlike Google which is trying to dominate in every area possible, that is why Microsoft is good at somethings but not others. My homepage is Yahoo and I would never use Google although they have the best search engine available, but if you ever read yahoo news you’ll know how much good news they publish every week. In Japan the dominant search engine is Yahoo and in China they use Baidu.
