A Historic Grammy For Gaming

I’ve been real busy so this might be old news for some bust I still thought I should post about it.

A few months ago, Christopher Tin made headlines when his song “Baba Yetu” that was originally written for the game Civilization IV, was nominated for a Grammy. It was the first ever music that was originally written for a game to be nominated.

Earlier this week, Baba Yetu won in the “Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s)” category.  I hope this is just the beginning. as we all know how wonderful gaming music really is.

How to Properly Hang The Kuwaiti Flag

I saw a blog post at my dear friend Frankom’s blog explaining how to correctly hang the Kuwaiti flag both horizontally and vertically. The problem was the banner creator explained the vertical placement of the flag wrong.

Every flag has whats called the honor point (the top left corner when horizontal) that should still be the top left corner even after you plan to hang the flag vertically. Thus, with the Kuwaiti flag, when hanging vertically the green should always be on the left not the right.
