Following the above video should give you full Arabic support on your SGSII. I followed the previous method by the same user and it worked just fine but it needed a few tweaks. He summarized it in a single video.

    Well, I tried the steps above and it didn’t work for me! My phone reboots but the screen only shows the Galaxy S logo. I recommend backing the folders before removing and replacing them with the Arabic folders, to be able to restore your phone in case it didn’t work for you, cuz It did work for some people.
    Also, I don’t think that you need to remove all system files in the mentioned folders! there must be a way to replace or add the needed files only.

    Quick question: does it include an arabic keyboard as well?

      you can download the arabic keyboard from the market. I prefer Gingerbread keyboard, I think its the best.
