You might not find floppy drives anymore but this guy has put a couple of them into a really good use, playing Imperial March from Star Wars.

Carlos Tevez is A Sorry Excuse For A Football Player

28 Sep 2011  No Comments

During last nights Bayern Munich vs Manchester City UEFA Champions League and while Man City where losing 0-2. Mancini decided to do a couple of tactical changes. First was taking out Dzeko and putting De Jong in I remember saying that the next substitute will of course be Tevez coming on but the game finished and Tevez hadn’t set foot on the field.

It Turns out that Mancini actually planned to play Tevez but he refused to warm-up and even play. The guy is refusing to do what he is paid for. What a disgrace.

Mark Hughes’s defense of Tevez is questionable as they both have the same agent.

Guess What? Spelling Matters

Remember that email that circulated the net a few years back? That stated that spelling doesn’t matter as long as the first and last letters are correct? The email goes like this:

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn’t mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe.

Well, it turns out that it has nothing to do with Cambridge University and spelling does matter as this video explains:

You might not like either one but hey, it comes free with the meal.

The squid is not actually alive but sodium in the soy-sauce passes through the cells and creates an electric charge causing the squid to spasm.

Samsung are having another “Unpacked” event on the 11th of October at CTIA. At Samsung’s last “unpacked” event we saw a number of announcements like the Galaxy Tab 7.7 and the Galaxy Note. With the latest installment of Android dubbed “Ice Cream Sandwich” scheduled for release in October/November, it seams like the perfect timing to announced the highly anticipated Nexus Prime, Google’s next flagship phone.

NVIDIA’s Kal-El Actually has 5 Cores

It turns out that NVIDIA’s upcoming Kal-El processor that was believed to have 4 cores actually has 5 cores. The fifth core will handle mundane tasks such as syncing, background tasks and audio. Which in turn will boast the battery life of the device.

Kal-El equipped devices are expected to arrive before the end of the year and was one of the main reasons that I don’t own an Android tablet yet.

Steve-O, What The F??

Steve-O is known for his idiotic behavior. Last night he thought it would be cool running into Mike Tyson’s fist resulting in a broken nose. William Shatner’s reaction is priceless.
