Sneezies

Almost everyone talks about how the iPhone App store has been revolutionary with all their different applications. From a GPS to Skype to WordPress to Shazam to Google Earth to Facebook to every kind of game created.  You can find it all in the Apple App store on iTunes.  I’m not a hardcore gamer, but I love the simple games that you can play for days and weeks until you download a new one, such as Fieldrunners or Flight Control.  My newest addiction is called Sneezies.  A simple game where you drop sneezing powder which in turn touches another “sneezy” and makes it incredibly enough, sneeze! The chain reaction makes it sneeze and burst the other sneezies, with every level a target of the amount of sneezies you need to burst. A fun game if you dont want alot of thinking.

Available for a whopping $0.99 in the App Store, or you can go cheap and get the Lite version for free.

Skyfire just came out from beta and available for download. I gave it a try when it in beta on my TYTN II (couldn’t test it on my HTC HD because the resolution wasn’t supported) and it was pretty good. It’s much better than you built-in browser.

Skyfire is supported by all windows-mobile and Nokia S60 3rd Edition phones.

Turn Your iPhone Into A Palm OS Powered Device

25 Feb 2008  No Comments

StyleTap released a proof-of-concept video showing an iPhone (or an iPod Touch I can’t really tell) running Palm OS applications via an emulator of course , and as you can see from the video the emulator is pretty fast. StyleTap (who already released this version of the software for Windows Mobile) are not saying much at the moment, it’s not public nor private beta yet. I guess for you who are really into Palm OS will have to wait a while longer.

IPhone 1.1.3 unbricked !

20 Jan 2008  1 Comment

Yup, you’ve heard it right but there is always a price to pay.

The hack requires guts by opening your phone’s guts and it will only downgrade the firmware to v. 1.1.2 then jail-breaking it, meaning you’re better of buying the phone with 1.1.2 firmware if you need to unlock it.

UPDATE: GIZMODO claims that they managed to unbrick IPhones that were bricked from previous firmware (1.1.1/1.1.2), by recovering and upgrading the phone to 1.1.3 via an active ITunes account !? check it out ..
