Crazy Egyptian Pilot

XBox 360 To Get A 250Gb HDD?

Right after Sony’s PS3 Slim’s announcement, Microsoft hit back with taking $100 of the XBox Elite’s price, putting it in the same ballpark as the PS3 both now cost $299.

Amazon Germany listed a new SKU that that is bundled with 2 wireless controllers, Forza motor sport 3 and a 250GB hard drive for $400. Microsoft currently sells 120GB maximum. That is big news for people like me that have the original 20GB hard drive and are holding out for an upgrade. I’ve been using the “install on hard drive” function on the 360 and love it, but the 20GB doesn’t hold much.

Amazon Germany took of the webpage but they have history of leaking new consoles before their announcement.

It looks like Nokia realized that they screwed up with the N97, and so they are releasing a revamped version that runs the Maemo 5 OS, which is a Linux variant that should have “true PC-like multitasking”.

Eric Giler gives a live demonstration of wireless electricity powering up a TV and charging a variety of cell phones. This would really help me cut down the clutter behind my entertainment center.

I really cant wait for this to become mainstream.

UEFA Champions League 09/10 Draw Results

Just finished watching the draw moments ago, and I have to say that there are some interesting matches and some very hard groups.

Real Madrid vs. AC Milan, Inter Milan vs. Barcelona and Juventus vs. Bayern Munich are some of the games that will be taking place in the group stages.

Mercedes AMG won 2 of the prizes this year for engine of the year.  The first is ‘best performance engine’  for the 6.3L V8 and the second is ‘ best engine above 4.0 liters’ for the same engine.
