Ok it might not be a real review, but this will be the best 5 minutes of your week, I came across Ben Croshaw a few months ago and I was Hooked instantly. This is nothing like a Gametrailers or ign reviews but he speaks his mind and the inconvenient truth. I’ll be posting the videos every week as they become available from now on.

Just if you wanted it to be a more solid rumor, Sonystyle dropped the 80GB version of the PS3, making the arrival of a new model – like the rumored 120GB version) even more likely.

Universal And Paramount Going "Blu"

And soon after Toshiba’s press conference, Universal Studios and Paramount are both going to release their catalog on Blu-ray. Since it’s the only HD format surviving the HD war, that makes perfect sense.

Ok It’s Official, Toshiba Abandons HD-DVD

After a few hours of rumors, Toshiba announced in a press conference that the HD-DVD is officially dead. And when they where asked if they are planing to re-enter the HD market via Blu-Ray they answered that they have no plans at the moment.

iRiver are showing off their new nifty multimedia unit which is adequately called the "Unit2". It’s like an all-in-one system that includes a dock, removable screen, telephone/keyboard, WiFi and even a DVD player. Pics and video after the break.

New Xbox 360 To Include Blu-Ray??

The Xbox is rumored to get a blu-ray makeover, according to an “inside source” a standalone blu-ray player is already working in-house and could be released as early as May. And also there is the possibility of having a built-in 360 with a blu-ray player but it’s less likely especially as Microsoft is pushing for the whole HD download thingy.

Toshiba is officially pulling the plug on the HD-DVD Devision, they will cease manufacturing software and hardware.
So we finally have a winner in the High-Definition format war, now for all of you who have been waiting for a clear winner, it can’t be any clearer than this

UPDATE: It’s still not confirmed by Toshiba but as it seems its definitely getting there.

Microsoft will be putting those bricked 360’s by the notorious RROD into good use, they will be changing the old motherboards with 2 new ones code-named “Opus” and “Valhalla”.

Its a very cool website that is very useful I think, you can accesses all of Youtube videos but you can also download any video in a variety of formats. And it has a sleek interface. The down side is you loose the social part of Youtube, you know the comments channels and the communities.

Firefox 3 Beta 3 Is Here

Mozilla officially released the 3rd beta of the famous Firefox browser, which includes man user interface and a handful of new features. Firefox 3 is rapidly approaching completion, and much of the work that remains to be done is primarily in the category of fit and finish. There will likely only be one more beta release after this one before Mozilla begins issuing final release candidates.
